1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChainShot (the "Service"), including our website at chainshot.trade, our Discord server, and any associated APIs or software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including free Discord members, Pro subscribers, and Full Stack subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ChainShot is an algorithmic trading intelligence platform. Depending on your tier, the Service may include:

• Free tier: Market briefings, funding rate alerts, orderblock alerts, and USDT depeg signals delivered via Discord.
• Pro tier ($29/mo): Real-time entry and exit signals for M28 MNQ futures, APEX crypto division (when live), and GEM (Genesis Exploration Module) critical mineral signals.
• Full Stack tier ($79/mo): Full automated execution — coming soon. Subject to separate terms at launch.

Signal delivery is via Discord webhook. ChainShot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Not Financial Advice

Past performance — including paper trading results — does not guarantee future results. Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Paper trading results shown on chainshot.trade represent simulated performance and have not been achieved with real capital. Simulated results may not reflect the impact of real-market conditions including liquidity, slippage, and execution delays.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ChainShot to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at checkout.

• Billing occurs monthly on the date of your initial subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us at support@chainshot.trade.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
• ChainShot reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

ChainShot subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at ChainShot's sole discretion for:

• Verified technical failures that prevented access to the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours.
• Requests submitted within 7 days of the initial charge for first-time subscribers.

To request a refund, email support@chainshot.trade with your order details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share ChainShot signals or Pro-tier content with non-subscribers.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner.
• Misrepresent ChainShot's results as your own or remove attribution from signals.
• Post ChainShot Pro signals publicly in a way that circumvents the subscription model.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Algorithmic trading and signal-following carry inherent and substantial financial risk.
• Market conditions can cause losses that exceed your initial capital.
• ChainShot's signals are generated by automated systems and may contain errors.
• You have independently evaluated your financial situation and risk tolerance.
• You are solely responsible for any trading decisions made based on ChainShot signals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChainShot, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if ChainShot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ChainShot's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ChainShot in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, algorithms, system names (Genesis, M28, APEX, GEM), and branding are the intellectual property of ChainShot and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Termination

ChainShot may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payment processing), Discord (signal delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ChainShot is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

12. Changes to These Terms

ChainShot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the ChainShot Discord server and/or by email to active subscribers with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
