I'm Brock Henley. I'm building a systematic futures-trading operation, and I'm doing it in public — the methodology, the results, and the parts that don't work, with the receipts attached.

Most of what you read about algorithmic trading is a success story with the log hidden. This is the log. Every claim here traces to an artifact — an event-store record, a timestamped pre-registration, a commit hash — and when I'm wrong, which is often, the correction stays on the page next to the mistake, not quietly deleted.

The honest state today: the system runs, the safety layer is real and has been tested on an actual breach, and it does not yet have a proven edge. I'm publishing before I have a fix, because the point isn't to show you a winner — it's to show you exactly how an edge gets established or ruled out, in a way you can check yourself.

I'm putting my name on this because the whole thing rests on a single claim — that I'm not fudging the numbers — and a name is the only version of that claim that costs anything.
